This disclaimer clarifies that only officially approved communication channels are recognized by Win Auto Parts for trade-related matters.

Any communication conducted outside these channels is considered non-official and is not valid for trade decisions, confirmations, or records.

Official vs Non-Official Communication

Win Auto Parts recognizes only the following as official communication:

• Messages and updates within the official support portal

• Emails sent to or received from the official support email address

All other forms of communication are classified as non-official.
